This release introduces the new Embedded Form type within the Form Builder. Embedded Forms sit directly within your website content, giving you full control over where and how you capture subscribers for your SMS lists. With styling customization, email integration support, and built-in performance tracking, you can design and place subscriber capture forms anywhere on your site, making it easier than ever to grow your SMS list right where your customers are already browsing.

Connect Your Email Integration
Available in: Growth Tools > Form Builder > Connect Email Provider
Connect your preferred email provider directly within the builder so subscribers sync automatically as they're captured.
What's included:
- Direct connection to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Constant Contact
- Option to skip integration and continue without an email provider
- Clear status indicators showing which providers are already linked to your account
Subscribers collected through your embedded form will flow into both your TapOnIt SMS list and your connected email platform, no manual exports needed.

Customize Your Form Styling
Available in: Growth Tools > Form Builder > Main Step > Section Styling
Style your embedded form to match the look and feel of your storefront or website. Because embedded forms live inline within your page, blending with your existing brand is key.
What you can customize:
- Colors: Section background, text, and accent colors
- Typography: Heading and body fonts powered by Google Fonts
- Button styling: Color, shape, and label text
- Layout adjustments: Spacing, alignment, and responsive behavior across desktop and mobile
Preview your changes in real time and toggle between desktop and mobile views as you design.
Publish Your Form
Available in: Growth Tools > Form Builder > Save & Publish
Once your form is styled and ready, deploying it to your site takes just a few clicks. The setup process depends on the type of website you're using.
For custom websites:
- Save your form configuration within TapOnIt
- Publish the form to make it active
- Copy the generated embed code snippet
- Paste the snippet into your website HTML where you want to display the form. Most website builders offer a custom code element that you can use to insert custom code snippets like this.
Your embedded form will appear inline at the location where you placed the snippet, no additional configuration needed.

- Install the TapOnIt Embed Form V2 app block from the Shopify App Store
- Copy the provided values from TapOnIt (Widget Token, Allowed Origin, and Integration, if applicable)
- Paste them into the corresponding fields in your Shopify theme editor
- Drag the app block into the section of your storefront where you want the form to appear
Once configured, the embedded form will render directly within your storefront layout, fully styled and ready to capture subscribers.

Metrics & Tracking
Available in: Growth Tools > Form Builder > Form Metrics
Embedded forms include built-in performance tracking, giving you full visibility into how your forms are performing.
What you can track:
- Form impressions: How many times your form was viewed
- Subscriber submissions: How many visitors completed the form
- Conversion effectiveness: The percentage of viewers who converted into subscribers
Use this data to test different form placements, styling choices, and copy variations to optimize your subscriber acquisition over time.
