Can I send a campaign with the rest of my credits?

Yes, you can send a campaign with your remaining credits.

If you have enough credits to cover the sending of your campaign, you can proceed with scheduling and sending it. If you don’t have sufficient credits, you won't be able to schedule a new text campaign. However, we recommend leaving a sufficient amount of credits available per month, in order to account for new opt-ins or for the messages your number may receive from subscribers. This will ensure your messages send properly, and avoid deductions or overages.

Keep an eye on your credit balance to ensure uninterrupted campaign sending, and consider managing your credit balance proactively to meet your campaign needs. 

 

Important Note: In these instances, the system will deduct the required credits from your next month’s allocation. 

  • If you run out of credits, any messages part of keywords/flows will be sent to allow new opt-ins to continue.
  • If you run out of credits and your Toll-Free Number or Short Code receives messages, with the following exceptions:
    • Any messages that are part of a “STOP” flow
    • Any messages that are rejected by the aggregator
