How do I feature content?

Featured content is a great way to showcase content that is most relevant or important to the end-user, such as an upcoming event or sale.

Featuring content is only available to Plus and Pro plans.

In order to feature content, you must ensure your Content Hub is set to either the Featured layout or Channels layout. Navigate to the business drop-down menu in the toolbar and select “Content Hub”. In the “Theme & Layout” section you will see a drop-down menu titled “Content Hub Layout”. If you wish to feature content, select the Featured or Channels layout option.

To select which piece of content you would like to be featured, navigate to the Content tab under “Create” and select the pencil icon of the desired content, or create a new piece of content. Scroll to the “Features” section located below Markets. Check the box that’s titled “Featured Content”. 

A drop-down menu will appear and will automatically assign this content as “First offer in list” - meaning it will appear as the large image at the top of the Content Hub. If you want this content to appear as the second offer on the page, select the dropdown menu and select “Second offer in list”. 

Once you have made your selection and there are no other edits that need to be made, save your content! This piece of content will now be showcased in the Content Hub!

If you have selected the ‘Featured’ Content Hub layout, but have not selected a piece of content to be featured, the system will rotate the current content through the featured section.
