      How do I view the metrics for a specific piece of content?

      TapOnIt knows how important it is to be able to see the results of your text marketing.

       We’ve made it easy to check these analytics!

      1. Log into your TapOnIt Admin
      2. Click “Reporting”
      3. Select “Engagement Reports”
      4. Select the piece of content for which you want to view metrics

      Here you are able to view the messaging performance, Content Hub performance, Word of Thumb engagement, button engagement, and tracked redemptions for both the main and bonus offers. These reports are incredibly useful when analyzing what content and trends are/are not successful.

      You can also export metrics for multiple pieces of content.
