What is the ‘"Wait" step in flows?

The 'Wait' step in flows puts a pause before the next action is carried out in your Flow.

When adding a Wait step in your flow, you have two options:
  1. Amount of Time: Set a specific duration before the next action is triggered. Choose between seconds, minutes, hours, days, and weeks.

    Example: In a welcome campaign, use the ‘Wait’ function for 1 minute after an opt-in is completed to send the contact card message.

  2. Next day and time: Choose the day of the week and time for the next action to take place.

    Example: Wait until Sunday at 11:45 a.m. to remind subscribers to tune their TVs to a specific channel for a football match.
