Flows Main Page Updates
We've updated the main page of Flows to simplify the creation and management of different flow types.
New Features:
- Flow Type Filters: You can now filter your flows by type (Opt-ins, Campaigns) using a tab system.
- Flow Cards: Each flow card now displays the flow type and highlights the current version.
Click "Create Flow" at the top-right to create a new flow.
You’ll be prompted to select the flow type (Opt-in, Campaign), with additional options like Event and Integrations coming soon.
After choosing the type, you can either start with a template or build your flow from scratch.
More Flexibility for Opt-in Flows
We've made opt-in flows more flexible, especially when managing subscribers. The system now automatically adjusts based on whether someone is already subscribed, so you can create different experiences for new and existing subscribers.
For example: This can be useful for sweepstakes where new & existing subscribers are entering the giveaway.
New Subscriber: Welcome to our text club, thank you for entering...
Existing Subscriber: Thank you for entering, don't forget to share with friends...
Multiple Triggers in One Flow
You can now create a single flow with different subscriber experiences based on multiple triggers. This helps ensure a smooth experience no matter how subscribers enter, whether it's through a specific channel or action.
To add multiple triggers, simply select a trigger source, customize the opt-in step, and define actions for new or existing subscribers.
This update also improves your tracking, showing how many subscribers came through each trigger and whether they were new or returning.
Shopify Integration: Opt-in at Checkout
We now offer an SMS opt-in checkbox at Shopify Checkout. This new setting adds an SMS consent checkbox when a customer is checking out online.
If the box is checked and they provide their number, the customer will enter your normal Shopify welcome flow within TapOnIt (the same welcome flow someone gets if they opt-in through your pop-up). This feature will help increase your text club signs up & grow your subscriber lists.
This feature is automatically enabled for you, but if you’d like to adjust it you can do so by:

Logging into your Shopify admin, navigate to settings in the lower-hand corner.

Website Pop-Up Builder (Beta)
You can now create a custom pop-up for your website directly in the TapOnIt admin! Find it under "Automations" in your admin, and easily adjust images, form fields, text, and more. Once you're happy with the setup, simply copy the code and add it to any page on your site.
Why add a pop-up?
It's one of the quickest and most effective ways to grow your database, converting your web traffic into subscribers with minimal effort.

Content Hub Enhancements
Content Sorting
You now have the ability to control the order of your content within the Content Hub.
To access this feature, navigate to Settings → Content Hub and select the “Use Content Sorting” option. You can drag and drop content to rearrange the order, then click “Save Order” to finalize changes.
Custom Content Hub Fonts
You can now add custom fonts to your Content Hub! To get started, just email us at support@taponit.com.
You can choose two fonts: one for body text and one for titles. Send us the font files, and we’ll take care of the rest.
