No bonus, no problem: Shareable content just got better

We're excited to announce an update to our share feature! Now, your content can be easily shareable without the need to add locked bonus content. This update is particularly beneficial if you don't plan on offering an exclusive piece of bonus content or coupon as a reward for those who share your main content.

While we highly recommend incentivizing your subscribers to share by offering a bonus, we understand that it may not fit for every business.  With this update, you have the option to create shareable content with a simple image that is not locked. Either way, sharing is caring!

Segment like a pro: Exciting updates for better audience targeting

Introducing two new options for segmenting based on demographics and engagement!

We have two new ways you can further refine your segments by adding subscribers who "do not have tag" or "are not in zone."

Here's a rundown of the full segmenting options available:

Demographics:

• Subscriber has tag
• Subscriber does not have tag
• Subscriber is in zone
• Subscriber is not in zone
• Custom Profile field

Acquisition channels:

• Where did the subscriber come from?

Subscriber engagement:

• Campaign activity
• Clicked a link
• Did not receive a campaign

These new options provide you with more control and precision in targeting your audience, ensuring that your messages reach the right subscribers at the right time.

Here's how to use these new segment options:

Double take: You can now duplicate your text campaigns

You can now easily duplicate your text campaigns with just a click. Simply look for the duplicate icon on the right side of each campaign card, and voilà! Duplicate away to your heart's content, saving you time and effort to recreate your successful campaigns or do some A/B testing.
