Content and media are two different features that we offer on our TapOnIt platform.
Media is a great place to start if you’re looking to send out images in a text campaign with no additional features. However, if you want to include descriptions and other features in the Content Hub, content is the way to go!
Media is available on all plans. Content is only available to the Plus and Pro plans.
What is media?
Media is simply an image you upload that can be sent in a text campaign. Media does not include any descriptions, buttons, expiration date, etc and does not appear in the content hub.
What is content?
Content is a combination of images and descriptions that can include additional features such as buttons, expiration dates, integrations, and more. Content can also be sent in a text campaign as well as appear in the content hub.
