      Where do I get my tenant name?

      Your tenant name will be provided by our Client Success Team after you have been trained on our platform!

      If you are a self-serve client or can’t locate the tenant name we provided, you are able to easily find it in your admin’s URL. Once you are logged into the admin, the url should look like the following: 

      https://tenantname.admin.txttoi.com/ 

      Your tenant name will appear in the bold, underlined section and is usually a variant of your business name. If you are having trouble locating your tenant name or want to confirm it, please contact support@taponit.com and we can provide you with the tenant name!
