New Segment Rules
We’ve introduced new segmentation options to help you target your subscribers more effectively:
- Opt-in Date Range: Create segments of subscribers based on when they opted in. Access this by selecting Acquisition → Opt-in Range, then choose your desired start and end dates.
- Clicked a Specific Campaign Link: Segment subscribers who clicked a link in a specific campaign. Use Engagement → Campaign Activity → Clicked → Specific Campaign, then select the desired campaign.
- Clicked Any Link Since Date: Segment subscribers who clicked on any short URL link from a specific date onward. Navigate to Engagement → Clicked Any Link → Since Date, then select the desired date.
Birthdate Field Updates
You now have more flexibility in collecting subscriber birthdates on landing pages:
- Choose to collect the full birthdate or just the month, day, and/or year.
- Customize the label on the birthdate fields to let subscribers know why you’re collecting this information.
Content Channel Pages
New for Content Hub users with the Channels layout:
- Create Channel Pages that feature a banner image, description, and a list of channel-specific content.
- To get started, go to Content Hub Settings, ensure the Channels Content Hub Layout is selected, and scroll to the Content Channels section. Here, you can edit an existing channel or create a new one.
Steps to Configure a Channel Page:
- Name and label your channel.
- Select “Create a Category Page.”
Choose a Channel Card Style:
- With Short Description: Includes an image, label, and short description.
- Image Only: Features a two-column card with just an image.
- Configure the Channel Page with:
- An optional banner image.
- A page description using rich text.
- An optional share link (includes a unique subscriber identifier).
After saving, your Channel Page will appear in the Content Channels list. You can reorder channels using drag-and-drop and track their performance through clicks displayed on the Channel Page card.
Content Click Tracking
On the content search page in the admin, content cards now display:

The number of unique clicks and total clicks over the content’s lifetime.

Easily track and evaluate content performance at a glance.
Campaign Short URL Reporting
Improved reporting for campaigns with multiple custom short URLs:

View detailed metrics for each link directly within the campaign details page.

After sending your campaign, click on its details to see a list of custom short URLs with their unique and total clicks.
