August 2026 - Release Notes-1

Table of Contents:

Redesigned Subscriber List

Available in: Subscribers

The Subscribers page has been rebuilt as a central workspace rather than a simple table, giving you performance metrics and audience detail in one view.

What's included:

  • Total subscribers, new subscribers, and unsubscribes for any date range, each with period-over-period comparison
  • Trend charts for total subscribers, new subscribers, and subscriber engagement
  • Segments and tags displayed directly in the list, so you can see where a subscriber belongs without opening their record
  • New filters to narrow the list by segment or tag
  • Export to CSV based on your current filters

Metrics default to a 60-day window, and the date range selector updates every chart and count on the page at once.

  • Last subscriber action, showing the most recent interaction and when it happened
  • Opt-in details including date, confirmation, source, and subscription length
  • Location, markets, and zones in a single panel
  • Assigned segments and tags, with the ability to add a tag directly from the profile
  • Custom profile fields displayed alongside core attributes
  • An improved editing flow for profile updates

  • A unified interaction timeline covering messages, flows, campaigns, offers, commerce, coupons, sweepstakes, and system events
  • Category and event type filters to narrow the timeline
  • Incoming and outgoing message direction indicators

Subscriber Profiles: Revenue Tab

Available in: Subscribers > Select a subscriber > Revenue

Revenue insights are now built directly into the subscriber profile, so you can see individual value contribution without leaving the record.

📌Note: The Revenue tab populates only for accounts with a revenue-tracking integration connected, such as Shopify or Punchh. Without one, the tab will appear empty.

What's Included:

  • Purchases, orders, link interactions, and replies summarized at the top of the tab
  • A unified interaction timeline covering messages, flows, campaigns, offers, commerce, coupons, sweepstakes, and system events
  • Category and event type filters to narrow the timeline
  • Incoming and outgoing message direction indicators
  • Clearer labeling and event context on each interaction

Activity reflects your selected date range and defaults to the last 60 days.

Opt a Subscriber Out

Available in: Subscribers > Select a subscriber

You can now opt a subscriber out directly from their profile using the new Opt Out button, without contacting support or waiting on a manual request.

What's Included:

  • Opt out an individual subscriber in a single click from their profile
  • A confirmation step before the change is applied
  • The subscriber's status updates immediately across the platform
  • Opted-out subscribers are excluded from future campaign and flow sends

This is useful when a customer asks to be removed by phone, email, or in person rather than by replying STOP.
