Track revenue directly tied to SMS and MMS messages that lead to purchases in your TapOnIt dashboard.
Once your Shopify store is connected to TapOnIt, you’ll be able to track revenue directly tied to SMS and MMS messages that lead to purchases. This includes Campaigns, Opt-In Flows, and Automated Triggered Messages.
You can view revenue attribution across multiple areas of your dashboard—including the main home screen, Campaigns tab, Flows, and your Shopify-triggered messages.
Where can I view total revenue in my dashboard?
Your Home Dashboard provides a quick, high-level overview of total revenue generated through TapOnIt messaging. You’ll see revenue broken down by message type—Campaigns, Flows, and Triggers—as well as performance trends over time.
Use the date-range picker to compare performance across custom timeframes and monitor growth at a glance.
How can I view revenue by Campaign?
Navigate to the Campaigns tab in the left-hand menu.
At the top, you’ll see key performance stats like CTR, opt-out rate, and now:
- Revenue in the Last 30 Days
- A comparison to the previous 30-day period (up or down)
Each campaign listed will show revenue and number of orders alongside your standard metrics.
Note: Revenue and orders are tracked using a 24-hour attribution window per campaign.
Can I track revenue from Flows?
Yes. When Shopify is integrated, TapOnIt will automatically track revenue tied to all Flow activity.
In the Flows section, you’ll be able to:
- See total revenue generated per flow
- View performance by Flow version
- Compare revenue from the last 30 days vs. the previous 30
- Filter metrics by custom date ranges
Click into a specific Flow and use the bar chart icon in the upper-right corner to open the Overall Metrics Panel. You’ll find total revenue, number of orders, and more.
Revenue is also displayed step-by-step:
- Each step shows revenue generated
- Click the metric boxes to open detailed stats, including order count
- Filter these step-level stats by date range
How can I track revenue from Triggered Messages?
Go to the Shopify section of your dashboard, then click on the Automations tab.
You’ll see performance data—including revenue and number of orders—for all of your active triggers, including:
- Abandoned Browse
- Abandoned Cart
- Abandoned Checkout
- Price Drop
- Low Inventory
- Last Purchase Date
- Number of Orders
- Total Spent
Each trigger includes real-time performance stats so you can track what's converting and make adjustments as needed.
