Changing the default time your campaign will send is simple.
Navigate to the business name tab in the bottom of the toolbar. In the drop down menu, select “Settings”.
Click the “Messaging Options” tab on the left. At the top of the page, you will see a Default
Campaign Send Time. Adjust the time to when you would like the campaigns to usually be sent.
When you create a campaign, this updated default send time will appear after you hit “Save + Continue”. This does not require you to send every campaign at this time, this is simply the time it will default to if you do not select another. If you want the send time to be changed for a specific campaign, you are able to change it by clicking the text box with the date and time and selecting your new desired send date and time.
We encourage you to only send during active hours. Active hours are 8:00am - 9:00pm daily, therefore we recommend that you set your default campaign time to align with these hours. Quiet hours are in effect from 9:00pm - 8:00am daily, and texts should not be sent during these times.
