How Do I Choose a Sweepstakes Winner?

Step 1: Log in to the Admin

1. Go to your Admin Dashboard and sign in with your credentials.

2. Once logged in, you’ll see the main navigation panel on the left side.

Step 2: Navigate to Growth Tools

1. In the side navigation menu, click Growth Tools.

2. Find  the sweepstakes you want to manage.

Step 3: Open Sweepstakes Stats

1. On the sweepstakes thumbnail, click the 📊 Bar Graph icon located in the bottom-left corner.

2. This will take you to the Sweepstakes Stats page, where you can view performance data, entries, and engagement metrics.

Step 4: Pick a Winner

1. On the bottom-left of the stats page, click Pick a Winner.

2. The system will automatically and randomly select one or multiple winners from all valid entries.

💡Tip: You can re-run the selection process if you need to pick alternate winners.

Step 5: View and Contact the Winner(s)

1. After the selection, you’ll see the contact information for the winner(s).

2. Use this information to contact them directly and coordinate prize fulfillment or next steps.

• Double-check that you’re viewing the correct sweepstakes before selecting a winner.

• Once a winner has been chosen, export or document their information for recordkeeping.
