      How do I view metrics for many pieces of content?

      If you want to view metrics for several pieces of content, it can be more helpful to export them into a CSV instead of opening each report individually.

      You can review metrics for many pieces of content by downloading engagement reports as a CSV file.

      1. Log in to your TapOnIt Admin
      2. Click “Reporting”
      3. Select “Engagement Reports”
      4. Click “Select Multiple to Export”
      5. Check the boxes in the left-hand corner of the pieces of content you wish to export metrics for
      6. Click “Export Multiple” in the right corner

      Your reports will download as a CSV for you to do analysis and learn more about the benefits of text message marketing!
