What is a clickthrough rate?
The term “clickthrough rate” (or simply “click rate”) refers to the ratio of the number of clicks on a particular link or call-to-action to the number of people exposed to the link in general.
In the context of a text club, click rates are determined by comparing the number of people who receive and see a text campaign to the number of people who engage with it in some way, like through clicking an embedded link. If you want a snappier way to remember the process, consider this: “Impressions vs. Interactions”!
