We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature in Flows: A/B Testing!
This powerful new tool allows you to experiment with different flow configurations to discover what works best for your audience.
Key Features:
- A/B Test Step: Now you can easily add A/B tests within your flows. By default, tests start with an even 50/50 split, but you can adjust as needed.
- Custom Steps: Test any part of your flow, from message content to response collection. Each variation can have different steps, giving you full control over the test.
- Add More Variations: Need more than two options? Simply add additional variations to test different experiences.
- Custom Split: Fine-tune the percentage distribution across variations to fit your strategy, with the option for a custom split.
- Opt-in A/B Testing: Test different opt-in experiences, like confirmation messages, to find out what drives the best conversions.
Why A/B Testing is Important
A/B testing in Flows gives you the flexibility to experiment with and optimize key elements of your messaging. You can test:
- Creative elements: Find out whether images, GIFs, or videos drive more engagement.
- Emojis: Determine whether using emojis increases click-through rates and response.
- Verbiage: Compare different tones or wordings to see which resonates better with your audience.
- Personalization Tokens: Test whether using the subscriber's name or other personalized details improves interaction.
- Calls to Action: Find out what kind of CTAs generate the most conversions.
By testing these elements, you can fine-tune your approach to maximize engagement, optimize conversion rates, and ultimately, improve your overall campaign performance.
Managing Your Test:
- Deleting Variations: Remove any variation by clicking the X icon (available if you have more than 2 variations).
- Picking a Winner: After reviewing performance metrics, easily choose the winning variation to finalize your flow.
