Introducing Flows
Automated & Personalized Subscriber Journeys
Earlier this week we officially launched Flows, a powerful feature that allows you to create automated, tailored experiences for your subscribers. With Flows, you can deliver timely, customized SMS & MMS messages based on subscriber data and real-time interactions.
Key Features of Flows:
- Choose from various triggers to start your flow, including subscriber opt-ins, keyword responses, and landing page sign-ups
- Create campaign flows triggered by text messages
- Send automated SMS or MMS messages
- Collect responses and gather data from subscribers
- Design branching paths based on subscriber actions or data
- Add or remove tags for advanced segmentation
- Set delays between steps in your flow
Flow Templates
To help you get started, we've created 5 pre-built flow templates, including an advanced Welcome and Engage template that demonstrates how to collect and utilize custom field data.

Prompt new subscriber to reply with their date of birth.

Keywords Migration
We've automatically migrated all existing keywords to the new Flows system. You can find your active flow trigger keywords on the Keywords page, with links to their corresponding flows.
Campaign Flows
Create flows directly from your campaigns, allowing you to design the perfect subscriber journey initiated by a text message.

Landing Pages & Sweepstakes Integration
Our Landing Pages and Sweepstakes features are now fully integrated with Flows, enabling seamless automation of your marketing efforts.
Custom Fields Enhancement
We've introduced a dedicated Custom Fields page under the new Audience tab, making it easier to create and manage custom subscriber data. This enhancement supports the advanced functionality of Flows, allowing for more personalized messaging.
Navigation Reorganization
We've streamlined our navigation by grouping subscriber-related features under the new Audience tab, which includes Subscribers, Imports, Zones, Segments, and Custom Fields.
